Announcements
Reminder– No Bible class or Sunday School in July. Education Hour will resume in August. See you then!
Church Picnic– July 28! On July 28 the first service will be held at 8:30 am at the church. The second service will be at 10:00 am at Moore Memorial Park, Big Bluestem Shelter, 3050 Northridge Parkway. Come one and all! There will be a cook-out following the 10:00 am service. The board of Human Care will provide hot dogs and hamburgers. Members are asked to bring their favorite picnic side dish or dessert. *Please remember to bring serving utensils for your dishes, as well as chairs for the church service. Drinks and table service will also be provided.
Blood Drive– Thursday, July 25th, from 3:00 – 6:30 pm. The bloodmobile will be here in the church parking lot. There is a great need for blood at this time. To sign up or if you have questions, contact Brian Weber at 450-2358.
August Epistle items are due Monday, July 15th.
Please check the sample church directory in the narthex to make sure your contact information is correct. Many people are getting rid of their land lines, so please make sure we have a correct phone number for you. Many people are including their email addresses, so please consider if you would like your email address added. Thank you.
Calling all women of St. Paul- are you suffering from Bible study withdrawal? We will be hosting a Women’s Bible study July 15th, 22nd, and 29th (not to interfere with Kingdom Workers or Board of Directors meeting) from 5:45 – 7 pm in the fellowship hall. We will do a Bible study from the Quarterly. Questions – contact Vickie Roach or Karen Griffin.
Looking for a way to serve? We need people to serve Sunday morning coffee at 9:45 am in August. The sheets are posted on the bulletin board.
Reminder– Bring your Bethesda Food Pantry Donations ON Sunday, July 21. Monetary donations allow the Food Pantry to buy what is needed at a reduced cost.
