The members of St. Paul reach out to the Ames area community and beyond in a variety of ways. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. Please contact the church office to learn more about any of these activities and events.

  • Hope Gift Market is a way to reach to both our local community and to help around the world
  • Trunk or Treat and Easter Egg Hunt
  • Vacation Bible School
  • National and worldwide mission projects funded through Sunday school and free will offerings
  • Working with the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML), the Women of St. Paul support local, national and international missions by giving Mites
  • Griefshare- a program to help those grieving the loss of a loved one.
  • Bethesda Food Pantry Collection
  • Orphan Grain Train – Donations are taken each Tuesday.
  • Thanksgiving Food In-gathering
  • Hosting blood drives
  • Christmas caroling
