Please check the sample church directory in the narthex to make sure your contact information is correct. Many people are getting rid of their land lines, so please make sure we have a correct phone number for you. Many people are including their email addresses, so please consider if you would like your email address added. Thank you. TODAY, Sunday, Aug 4, is the last day to make any corrections.
We have a wonderful outreach here at St. Paul with our preschool. One of the best ways we can support our preschool’s families is through prayer. We would like to have a church family praying regularly for each preschool family. That’s it!!! Just pray! Please sign up on the bulletin board and a preschool family will be given to you to include in your prayers.
Family Service Quilters will meet on Thursday, Aug 8th from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for a Thrivent Action Team event. Bring a sack lunch and join us.
Calling all women of St. Paul– Join us for Women’s Bible study Aug. 19th & 26th from 5:45 – 7 pm in the fellowship hall. We will do a Bible study from the Quarterly. Questions – contact Vickie Roach or Karen Griffin.
The Book to Know group will meet Sept. 12th, 7:00 pm, at Sandy George’s home to discuss “Kisses from Katie” by Beth Clark and Katie J. Davis. Everyone is invited to read this book and join us for the discussion. We will carpool to Sandy’s home. More information to come.
Start preparing for our Art Fair, Aug. 25. Anything you make with your hands is a work of ART and we want to show it off. This is a show only, no selling. Show off your quilts, paintings, photos, woodworking, sewing and decorated cakes and cookies, too. This is for all ages. Share what talent God has given you with the other members of our church. Any questions ask a Board of Evangelism member.
Houston NYG 2022 Meeting
Attention Youth and Parents- The next National Youth Gathering will be held in July 2022 in Houston! We will have our first informational meeting on Sunday, August 11 at noon (right after second service). This meeting is just to give information to any family who might be interested or who may have questions before signing up. We will start doing fundraising this fall.
The Gathering is intended for high school youth ages 14-19. Youth participants must meet ONE of the two following eligibility requirements:
- Must be 14 years old at the time of the Gathering.
-OR-
- Entering his or her ninth grade year at the time of the Gathering.

TODAY we are collecting Mites for the LWML Mission Grants. You can help spread the Gospel around the world by contributing to the mission goal. The large mite box is in the narthex. Thank you.
