The Board of Evangelism is once again looking to send workers to Camp Okoboji for their spring work weekend (May 4-5). If you are interested in joining us there is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the narthex. Meals and lodging are provided by the camp. Seated jobs are also available. So come and join your fellow St. Paul family to get the camp ready for the season and enjoy some fellowship.

TODAY- Missionary Steve Cohen, who leads Christian outreach to Jews, will be our guest presenting “Christ is the Passover.”

Women’s Bible Study~ The Women’s Bible study group just finished a study on David. We will begin a shorter study on April 9 that will not require as much reading or preparation. All women of the congregation are invited to join us. We will meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 5:45 pm in the church basement.

Discounted Adventureland Tickets- Sign up now on the bulletin board to get your discounted Adventureland Tickets. Tickets are $25 each ($20 savings). Kids 3 and under are free. Tickets may be used one day during Substance Free weekends (April 28, 29, May 5 or 6).

Youth– It is time to think about attending Camp Okoboji this summer. Several youth are interested in attending and we would love to have more. See the display in the narthex for dates and more info. Do not let the cost deter you. Funds are available to help with the cost. Talk to Carla Murphy for more info.

The Book to Know group will meet Apr. 12, 7:00 pm at Maureen Friedrich’s home to discuss “Her Daughter’s Dream” by Francine Rivers.  Everyone is invited to read this book and join us for the discussion.

Thank you ….a huge THANK YOU to everyone who took the opportunity to be a part of our Easter Breakfast here at St Paul. It takes many hands to make our breakfast a success year after year. Hands to make decorations, crack eggs, cut up fruit, to serve and to clean up, all working together, to make Easter morning special for all.  A special thank you to Phil Voge and his crew for donating and then cooking the sausage and ham Easter morning. He is Risen, He is Risen Indeed!!!

Just a reminder, our LWML IA West District Convention at Okoboji is coming up. Get your reservations in soon ($25 by May 14; $30 after May 14). Registration forms are on the bulletin board. See you all there June 28th thru 30th!

Youth needed for Youth Sunday We invite all youth in grades 3-12 to participate in Youth Sunday April 22 (both services). Practices are on April 14 & 21 from 9-11 am. We need youth to create bulletin covers, greet, usher, play in the ensemble, read and be in a skit.

Ladies of St. Paul, we are looking for one or two of you who would be interested in co-chairing the plant sale later this month. If you are interested, please contact Gretchen Zitterich.

Reminder– Bring your Bethesda Food Pantry Donations Next Sunday. Monetary donations allow the Food Pantry to buy what is needed at a reduced cost.
