The Book to Know group will meet Apr 27 at Shirley Tice’s  home to discuss “Miracle at the Higher Grounds Cafe” by Max  Lucado.  Everyone is invited to read this book and join us for the discussion.

If you have a special occasion to celebrate or just want to offer, we need members to sign up on the altar flower chart that is located on the bulletin board in the narthex.

Easter Breakfast- plan to attend our very special Easter breakfast immediately following the Sunrise Service.  Our menu is scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, fruit and assorted breakfast sweets.  We will be serving until 9:30 for those who will be attending the second service.  The free will offering will be designated for our LWML women attending their convention in Albuquerque this summer. See you at breakfast!!!

Practice for Youth Sunday- Practice will be held Wednesday this week from 6-7pm for ALL youth in grades 1-12 participating in Youth Sunday on April 23. For youth attending midweek, a pizza meal will be provided at 5:30 pm in the fellowship hall. For those in the ensemble, please remember your instruments. Speaking parts will be handed out at practice. If you cannot be at this practice but will be participating in Youth Sunday, please contact Carla Murphy. The next (and last) practice will be on Saturday, April 22 from 9-11am.

SHARE THE FUN of Adventureland- Let’s all join in on “Sharing the Fun” of Adventureland during their substance-free weekends. St. Paul members and preschool families who sign up in advance will receive a discount on tickets of only $22 each (a $20 savings). Ticket holders will have their choice of attending one of the following dates: April 29, April 30, May 6 or May 7. Look for the sign up sheet on the bulletin board.

Flowers for Spring! Just a reminder – please pick up a flower order blank from the table in the Narthex. If you have questions – check with Tanny Latuska. The funds from these purchases will help with mission expenses and attendance for the women attending the National convention in New Mexico.

Midweek classes will resume Wednesday, April 19 at 4:30.  Please note: our last midweek class will be on May 3.

Team Members Needed– The Board of Evangelism is currently looking for people who would be interested in joining our board. Adults and youth are welcome to serve. We meet once a month on the first Monday of the month. More importantly, we are looking for someone willing to step up to be the vice-chair for the 2017-18 year. If you are interested, please contact Charles Ellis. Please give this position some prayerful thought. Thanks, The Evangelism Board
