Sunday, November 29 will be “Decorate for Christmas” at 1:30 or whenever you can come and join in the fun. This is a special time of the year for all of us and what a great way to start out the season to take time to help prepare our hearts and the church area. The more that help, means more fun and less work then just a few can do. See the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board.

Reminder– Bring your Bethesda Food Pantry Donations Next Sunday.

The 2016 offering envelopes are ready for you to pick up in the hallway. Let’s see how fast we can get them distributed.

ATTENTION THRIVENT MEMBERS: The Board of Directors has voted to allow the designation of Thrivent Choice Dollars by individual members of St. Paul to specific areas or causes that they want to support. The process will take two steps. First, you will need to direct your Choice Dollars to St. Paul Lutheran Church by calling Thrivent at 1-800-847-4836, follow the prompts for Choice Dollars, using your birthday or Thrivent number for verification. Secondly, you will need to contact Jerry Schradle with the amount and the specific cause that you want your Choice Dollars to be designated for at St. Paul. Choice Dollars received by St. Paul not designated go into the Fund Item administered by the BOD. Any questions may be directed to Thrivent Advocates Bob Folkmann, Dennis Griffin, or Tom Peter.

We still have some St. Paul Logo jackets available in limited sizes. If you are interested talk to Ron Coy. They are still $10.

“The Envelope Please”…That is the phrase that those who attended the November Conversational Dinners heard as we announced our April event. Would it be “the Murder Mystery Dinner” or “Dinner and a Movie”? And The Winner Is…..”Dinner and a Movie.” We want to thank everyone who took the time to vote for their favorite. More details will follow in the spring.

If you have any interest or questions, please contact Drue Sander (292-3574) for more information. Beside the benefits of better health and wellness to individuals, participation in this program will also allow us to help control our health insurance cost in the years ahead.
