Please make checks payable to St. Paul Lutheran Church with a notation that it is for a Poinsettia.  Please place your order form and check in the office mailbox in the west coatroom.

Angel Tree Gifts are due Dec 8th. Be aware – some are to be unwrapped.

Annual WOSP Soup & Sweets Supper Wednesday, December 4 at 6 pm. Please see the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board!

An Invitation to Join Our Congregation…  On December 8, we will have a special Welcome Sunday for new members.  If you are not yet a member, we would love for you to become one, so we may welcome you in our newest group of new members. If you are interested in learning more, please either speak with Pastor Jenks or check the “Desire to Join” box on the Care Card pad in your pew and be sure to include your phone number. Membership generally occurs in one of three ways:  1. transfer from another LCMS congregation,  2. profession of faith (if you have previously belonged to the LCMS), or  3. taking a brief membership class or independent study about the doctrines of our church.

An information coordinator for the National Youth Gathering is still needed! One does not need kids traveling to the youth gathering to help with this. It could be anyone, or a couple, who would be willing to help the youth and parents get ready for the 2016 Youth Gathering in New Orleans. Contact Lowell Highby if you would like to help.

Important 2013 Christmas program dates/times:

PRACTICE: Saturday, December 7th9-11 am (grades 2-12)

PRACTICE: Saturday, December 14th 9-11 am (all grades) with pizza afterwards.

PROGRAM/SERVICE: Sunday, December 15th – 11:00 am service / please have your child(ren) at church by 9:45 am as we will be doing one last quick run through before the program.

Nursery Scheduler  We need a person willing to coordinate the monthly schedule for nursery workers. Can be handled via email for the most part. Please let the office know if you can help out. Thanks so much!

The Praise Team is in great need of keyboard volunteers.  If you can help out, please talk to Joan Ingwersen.

Time to start collecting gently used winter coats and bedding. Also need new knit hats and gloves and underwear.  Keep bringing shoes-new, old, worn and smelly. They take them all. The good ones go to the HOPE ministry thrift shop and the others are recycled.

NEEDED:  Nursery volunteers for both the 8:30 service and 9:45 Sunday School hour.  We cannot continue to rely on the same few people month after month.  Please consider taking one hour a month.  Our children and parents need you!
